Dato’ Rosidi Bin Kamaruddin, aged 60, was appointed to the Board of Mepro Holdings Berhad on 11 July 2011. He is currently a Planning Consultant and a Corporate Member and Publication Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP).
He is also in the Board of several subsidiary companies of Mepro Holding Berhad and other private companies.
